Mr. T. Raghunandana - ( Director )

T.Raghunandana, a first-generation  entrepreneur and is the founder and Managing Director of Updater Services Private Limited, based out of Chennai India.

His dynamic result oriented approach, strong business acumen and variety of professional experiences over three decades in various industry sectors has helped manage many companies in his group.

A Commerce Graduate from Guru Nanak College Chennai and is regarded as one of the reputed entrepreneurs in the Indian Services Sector.

With a strong workforce of over 55000,  have a vast geographical footprint servicing in excess of 250 million sq feet spread across the country. UDS and its group companies have an annual turnover of over INR 800 crores.

Raghu has over a period of time been responsible for conceptualizing the business process and delivery models of UDS which has been the prime driving force for UDS to become the most preferred facility management vendor for MNCs and Indian Blue Chip corporate. He is been ably supported by management team who have been with him for many years.

UDS Group has subsidiary companies in outsourcing, logistics, mailroom management, manpower staffing and food services.

Mr. J. Riyaaz Pasha - ( Director )

J.Riyaaz Pasha is a well established UAE business professional with varied vertical of business including Outsourcing, Hotel management, Facilities Management and Security Services. He is a pioneer in establishing Tamil FM- UAE 89.4 FM in 2013.  Riyaaz is successfully running many hotels (Hotel RS UK Limited) in United Kingdom – Sun Hotels Limited in partnership with Holiday Inn UK.

He is successfully running RSB Trading Company LLC UAE since 1997  with an annual turnover of AED 200 million. This company is a leading supplier of pigments and paint raw materials from Europe.  In 1997 he also started the outsourcing vertical of his company with Direct Sales Staff (60) exclusively for Etalisat.

His other successful ventures in UAE include MALCO – UAE a trading company for Energy drinks and allied products and Direct Security Services UAE with specialization in Fire Protection Systems and equipment.

Mr. Venkat Krishnan - General Manager (Group)

Venkat Krishnan is a result focused banking professional with a proven track record of achievements and extensive experience in Sales, Product and Portfolio Management, Sales excellence, Business Development & Customer Experience having more than 2 decades of experience in the UAE. Managed a team of 220+ employees in various banks and financial institutes like Mashreq Bank, RAK Bank, Emirates Islamic Bank, Mawarid Finance, United Arab Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.

Banking Knowledge: Thorough industry and analytical knowledge in customer acquisition and sales excellence, customer experience, products & policy and process improvement for over a decade in financial & banking industry

Leadership: Self-motivated, transparent, friendly and ready to delegate, apply optimal pressure, counsel, support and encourage all staff to perform .

Result Orientation: Highly confident professional prepared to confront any challenge, aided by willingness to learn, planned approach and clear vision of goals.

RAGHUVIR MEHRA - (DIRECTOR ALLIANCES)

Raghuvir Mehra is a seasoned senior executive profile in the banking amd financial world in the UAE.
Raghuvir has 25 years of work experience of which 21 years has been in the UAE itself.
He has extensive experience in the banking areas like Credit Risk, collections and recovery management , policy and asset management.
He has been a Risk Management expert and has worked in banks like MASHREQ, TAMWEEL HOME FINANCE and RAKBANK.
Raghuvir has handled large portfolios in the Retail and SME areas of banking with team sizes of upto 700 staff.
Raghuvir joined MYCON with the agenda of growing the business model into collections and recovery , risk management and verifications for banks and financial institutions along with enhancing the current sales business model and building and growing the alliances of the company in the region

EDWIN DSOUZA - ( HEAD OF SALES )

Edwin is a Senior Banking Professional, with over 20 years of experience in the UAE with extensive experience in retail banking, having in depth knowledge and expertise of the banking industry, policies, market trends Competition and customer behavior Edwin specializes in architecting niche highly successful sales strategies, targeted at business development, market expansion, tackling market competition resulting in increased company profits

Ms. Aruna Venkata - ( Director Operations )

Ms. Aruna Venkata, Director Operations, is specialized in Project Management and has over 18 years of disciplined experience in Administration, Operations, Sales. With an educational background of Masters in Project Management. She is a result driven, self-motivated and resourceful leader with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams.

Experienced in leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and a progressive organization. Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Aruna, is skilled in board governance, new business development with honed skill in commercial acumen and entrepreneurial skills. Her previous experience brings to board the sustainable relationships and client management efficiencies with project management expertise.

Rakhee Gvalani - ( HR Manager )

Rakhee Gvalani is the HR & Client Relationship Manager for Moativ Employment Services. She is heading the outsourcing division and responsible for the end-to-end client and business requirements.

She is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Client relationship and Operations management across industries such as Contact centre, BPO, E-Commerce, Logistics, banking, Finance & IT in India & U.A.E.

She graduated from Mumbai University and certified in Strategic Human Resources Management – SHRM from accredited Cornel University, Ethica.

Rajesh Bharathan - ( Compliance Manager )

Rajesh Bharathan is the Compliance Manager for Mycon Group since 2019. He comes with rich banking experience over a career span of 20 years covering, retail banking, retail acquisition, SME lending, Trade Finance and product development. He has successfully mentored new teams for various banking processes apart from compliance management across verticals.
